Dates in Meeting Invites Changed in Outlook

Two users are experiencing a problem where all of the meeting invites they receive have the date changed to the current date. For example, if someone sends them a meeting invite for March 1 they will receive it, but the date will appear as February 16 (today).

This does not happen when using Outlook Web Access. It also does not happen when the users use a different workstation. So far no other users are experiencing this problem.

Any ideas?
