Hi Guys,

I'm trying to run a published application on a monitor that will always be on. I went into the thin client and disabled the screensaver and also in Group Policy on all four Citrix servers and disabled screensaver. Well, after 15 minutes, the screen blanks out and we have to hit a key or wiggle the mouse for the screen to come back on. Is there another place I need to disable this? Any help would be appreciated!

run a desktop session on the citrix box, I am willing to guess your GPO didn't apply properly.  If the GPO is there your screensaver controls will be greyed out.  You can then run GPRESULT /R to see what policies are being applied and which ones are filtered out.  So, how are you applying your policy?  You realize that a user policy needs to be applied to the container the user account resides in right?  So if you make a citrix server policy that applies to the computer OU the box is in, any user polilcy you put in there will not take effect unless you enable loopback processing.  Loopback processing will apply the user GPO settings to the sessions on the server so I am guessing that is your problem.
