How to use a task template in Outlook as default

Hi!

I'm starting to play a bit with the Outlook task custom forms.  I created a form that I can either access by using the .oft file or the one published in my personal tasks.

We are in the process of having this task published so that we share it more easily, but we still have a small problems.

We would like to use this task as default when creating a new tasks.  Either by clicking the "new taks" button, or by entering a task name in the small text field and pressing enter.

Is there any way to achieve this?

If not, what would be the best way to use this task with the lesser amount of click possible?

Hi, Francois.

Yes, that's possible.  It means setting your custom form as the default task form.  This page has instructions on how to do that.
