TFS 2008 workitems

All, Iam trying to modify my workitem type template to add new drop down.
Iam exporting the template, oopening it making chnages and then importing it again using  Process Editor tool. But somehow my new filed which has dropdown values loosing uppercase.
For example, i have one drop down value "Investment Portfolio Manager" So when i see it in the workitem its showing as  "Investment portfolio manager". Somehow  Upperase is converted to lower case.

Can someone advice?

Before uploading it back to the server open the .xml file and look at the text :

      <FIELD name="Resolved Reason" refname="Microsoft.VSTS.Common.ResolvedReason" type="String" reportable="dimension">
        <ALLOWEDVALUES>
          <LISTITEM value="As Designed" />
          <LISTITEM value="Cannot Reproduce" />
          <LISTITEM value="Deferred" />
          <LISTITEM value="Duplicate" />
          <LISTITEM value="Fixed" />
          <LISTITEM value="Obsolete" />
        </ALLOWEDVALUES>
        <FROZEN />
        <HELPTEXT>The reason why the bug was resolved</HELPTEXT>
      </FIELD>

Open in new window

In the example above not the LISTITEM value and make sure the letter is in upper case. If not modify/save/upload. Right click the Team Project> Refresh and it should work.
