Setting up Microsoft Live Office and Sharing folders/docs setup help

I cannot make Live.com Office user friendly. What I have currently done: Is log in to live.com> Office> Create folder> Create Test docs. I have shared the folder with the other emails by "editting permissions" and "sending a link".

I have setup 3 test account emails. One being an admin/owner of all documents and the others users. It seems the only way for the users to access the folder and documents within it, is by logging into their email, finding the invitation email to the folder and clicking "View Link". How can I make it as easy as possible for the recipient of the shared folders/files (once added to permissions) to be able to log into their live.com click on office and see the shared folders and files.
