Company recently migrated to an SBS server with Exchange. Original pop account was the user's first name @ the domain. Once they integrated exchange, they added his first initial and lastname @ the domain and that as the primary e-mail account. Since that was done, he's not receiving any e-mail to the original address. Checked his exchange account and ensured that both e-mail addresses exist under his account. Attached is a screen shot.
