User Can't Receive Mail
Company recently migrated to an SBS server with Exchange. Original pop account was the user's first name @ the domain. Once they integrated exchange, they added his first initial and lastname @ the domain and that as the primary e-mail account. Since that was done, he's not receiving any e-mail to the original address. Checked his exchange account and ensured that both e-mail addresses exist under his account. Attached is a screen shot.
Please note that I've blurred our the domain name for privacy to the company.

Are you receiving any mail, or just not to the old addresses?
Have you try removing user - (backup old data) and creating from new - applying all necessary security group memberships?
