ssrs R2 shuts my site down when I call a report

I have a report being generated to a pdf.  The report works fine while its in the development environment when I publish the site and you call the report it shuts the site down.  This did work recently.  Thanks in advance.

Do you execute the report every time or read it from history? If yes and runing the report <<shuts the site down>> whatever that means then perhaps you should check the performance for that report - SQL code query plans/execution, and/or the size of the data rendered.

The report isnt very large and when I say it shuts it down it actually closes the browser.

Ok so it chrashes for whatever reason when you execute the repoprt or when you export to PDF?
Did you checked all log files? Event viewer on that machine for any errors?

I had to use a devexpress pop up modual to get the report in place.

I could not get any other solutions to work correctly and this was the quickest fix. It also resolved other undesireable issues.
