How I can configure the datasource to use a specific user account?
assuming you are connecting to a database, you can specify the user account in the connection string....see http://connectionstrings.com for samples of just about every connection string you will ever need...

I guess bit of misunderstanding.
The problem is - when I upload a ssrs report in SharePoint library and when click on the options and try to open the data source then it shows the error. I can't even see the data source. I have attached images.

thanks
This sounds (with the limited information that has been provided) like it may be as a result of the double hop issue.
If your datasource connects to server other than your sharepoint server, the sharepoint server will not be able to pass your credentials through if you are using NTLM authentication - you will need to either configure the datasource to use a specific user account, or you will need to configure Kerberos so that your credentials can be passed through.
Hope this helps...
