ACT 2008 stopped recording email communications in history for 90% of our users. We do have 2 user that are ok. Everyone uses Outlook 2007.
Problem seemed to start 1 month ago.. Right about the time we had a consultant helping us with a synching issue. The consultant insists they did nothing to cause the problem but will look at the issue for another $150 /hr.
Can someone help ??
