SSL Cert for Exchage

I am about to purchase a UCC SSL cert for my exchange server.  Will I be able to add my internal domain name....  ABC.LOCAL to the cert along with the external domain names that the company owns?

You certainly will be able to - but they need to be included in the subject alternate name when you submit your cert request to the certificate authority.
