One of our clients are useing ACT! by Sage 2010 and when they close pop up windows you can still see the windows in the backgroud of the program. The windows closed properly but it's like the gray background of the main windows is not refreshing properly. This confuses the client and they still think its open, they keep trying to close it and then call IT.
