Outlook 2007 Display name change

I have a user on 2007 outlook, connected to 2007 exchange, user name is chrisq@domain.com

emails need to have his name read Chris Lastname.

How can this be done,  or can it be done?

You can change the display name in the general properties tab of the user in AD.
