Cisco VPN Concentrator 3060 question

I have a Cisco VPN Concentrator 3060 and have a quick question.  If I log into the GUI, click on Configuration>User Management>Groups, all my group are there and working.  If I modify a group and go to the general tab there is an option for Simultaneous Logins.  This is where I have my question.  What does this mean?  For example if it is set at 3 does this mean that no more than three people can log into the group?  Or does this mean that the same person can log in with the same username no more than 3 times?  Thanks

That mean that the same person can log in with the same username no more than 3 times to that vpn group, we typically have ours set to 1
