outlook 2010

Is true that Outlook 2010 can open 2 mailboxes at the same time with one outlook profile? I have need secretary to be able to open executive mailbox.

yes you need to give permission to the user opeing the mailbox of the other users mailbox but to do it you can go to mail in control panel and go to email accounts and then open the users account and click on more settings and then click advanced and add the other user there.

but again you need to go to the AD users and computers and open the other users account and give the person permission to open their account.  Which is under Exchange Advanced> Mailbox rights.  Add the user and give full mailbox access.

No you would change it in Active Directory Users and Computers.  So go to the executives account in AD U&C and and add the secretary to the mailbox rights.

that is my problem we are on hosted exchange. i talked to godaddy hosted exchange and they can't do it, so i thought i can use outlook 2010 instead.

Well you can do it through outlook but that is just your part, they still need to give the user access to the account which they can do
