We have setup a two member DAG with a witness and after loosing network connectivity for a brief period we are now experiencing high cpu on this process for two days...
I have read other blogs where someone said just kill the process, but i am very cautious about doing this.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried retarting the machine?  That is what I would do first.

I restarted the replication service and held my breath....it's sad that I have no confidence in MS's ability to provide a stable platform that allows techs to sleep at night.

thanks for the input....i will watch it over night and hopefully it will not do it again.
