Agent License

Does anyone know if Nortel is still issuing these licenses? If not what are my options for an upgrade path.

I need to see if I can upgrade the Agent licenses to expand our phone queue capabilities.

The call center agent license is still available - which Nortel system do you have?  In any case, you need to order them from an authorized distributor.

there are more than one type of agent license -- for example if you use Nortel Symposium it is different than the basic agent license.  The Option 11C can also have a basic agent license but you have to specify the software version/release of the system to ensure a match.  If you have a firm that supplies maintenance or professional services for the PBX they should be able to make sure you get the right one.

My fear was that it would have already been discontinued.. but the market is full of these systems still

The agent I need is: 010-NTHF30AC SECC CTI Enabled 10 Agent Increment

This was from a former quote I had some time ago

So I spoke with our Vendor and he is saying he cannot upgrade or pick up new licenses for this..

Called Nortel and it is 100% discontinued. So keys and expansions are no longer available

I confirmed it as well, for that old of a software release, you would have to upgrade Symposium before you can add agent license.  Stinks, but .....
