Does anyone know if Nortel is still issuing these licenses? If not what are my options for an upgrade path.
I need to see if I can upgrade the Agent licenses to expand our phone queue capabilities.

The call center agent license is still available - which Nortel system do you have? In any case, you need to order them from an authorized distributor.

I have a Option11C with Meridian Mail
there are more than one type of agent license -- for example if you use Nortel Symposium it is different than the basic agent license. The Option 11C can also have a basic agent license but you have to specify the software version/release of the system to ensure a match. If you have a firm that supplies maintenance or professional services for the PBX they should be able to make sure you get the right one.

So I spoke with our Vendor and he is saying he cannot upgrade or pick up new licenses for this..
Really ? what version of software is your system on?

I confirmed it as well, for that old of a software release, you would have to upgrade Symposium before you can add agent license. Stinks, but .....
