Hi!

In simple terms, BCM is basically an extension of Outlook. It allows you to store more information about your contacts, along with more contacts and to also initiate and track marketing campaigns. It also can link into Microsoft Office Accounting. It's definetely not for everyone and probably not the first product I'd recommend. This link to an excerpt from a Wiley book, should give you enough of a heads up to work out if its the path you want to go down or not.

it's a clint only software or need any sql server to keep the data  ?
