Cisco Aironet 1240AG Series Access Point to use Radius on Windows 2008 R2

Hi all,
I have the all the roles setup in windows 2008 r2. AD and NAP

I have followed this but without luck.

All I want is to use WPA on my Cisco AP. I will use one test user "TestAP"

Any one know how to configure?
