Would anyone have any ideas on how to configure basic settings on a cisco Aironet 350 wireless bridge? I am replacing existing units (Cisco Aironet 340) however I am unable ot get into these units as I dont have the password.  If someone could point me towards some documentation etc that would be great

Read the following doc... gives you full factory-reset procedures for Cisco Aironet products.

Its really easy for the 350 radios, but make sure you follow the correct procedure, as there is one for units with VxWorks software, and one for IOS.
