Can you mention the steps how exactly are you trying to move the mailbox and also can you attach a screenshot of the screen where you don't find the option?

Folks,

i have fixed this. I was running this from a exchange Relay server rather than the mailbox server. I tried the move mailbox on the mailbox server & is working.
