Move Mailbox not visible in Exchange Task wizard-Exchange 2003

Experts,

I wanted to move a mailbox to another server in the same domain/forest & i found that the move mailbox is not visible.

Please help me to fix this.

Can you mention the steps how exactly are you trying to move the mailbox and also can you attach a screenshot of the screen where you don't find the option?

I opened ESM.Expand server & then to storage group & then mailboxes-right click the mailbox-exchange tasks & then below pops up..

Does your logon account have the required permissions?

Have you been able to move a mailbox before or is this the first time you are trying to move a mailbox?

How many exchange servers do you have in your domain? Are all exchange 2003? Standard or enterprise?

It's not the System Attendant mailbox is it?

Folks,

i have fixed this. I was running this from a exchange Relay server rather than the mailbox server. I tried the move mailbox on the mailbox server & is working.
