What's the best way to batch create, modify or remove use accounts in Active Directoy?

I am running Windows SBS 2008.

Powershell is the best way.  I would get powershell 2 and the Quest AD addins.  There are many scripts around on the web that will suit your needs.

DS Commands would be good...!

DSADD / DSMOD /DSRM
