Hi we are running a Exchange 2007 box and like most companies we have Iphones.

I need to run a report on Exchange 2007 to se how many iphone and ipads we have on our exchange box

You can run the following from the Exchange Management Shell:

Get-Mailbox | foreach{Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics -Mailbox $_.identity}

To show additional information you can use:

Get-Mailbox | ForEach {Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics -Mailbox:$_.Identity} | ft DeviceFriendlyName, Devicetype, DeviceUserAgent

And if you want to change the additional information, the following is a list of the options available:
