Got a windows 7 pc...domain connected office 2003 installed.

Generates:
The program can't start because BCSRuntime.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Internet answers point to office 2010 and the business connectivity services error....however no 2010 product was installed.....and even after onenote 2010 was added no change and there is no option showing this installed.

Outlook seems to work ok after pressing ok, but need to find out how to get rid of this...

Need help to solve as this customer is getting a bit annoyed with it....

Check for the regkey HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\BCSAddin.Connect

if located, please rename the same
After that Launched Outlook and we didn't get any error.
