This ID is being edited by another user when I select a user in User Security.  Why would ths be happening. We rebooted the server and cleared out any temporary data.

Which Server App is this??? Are you talking about going into Dynamics and then Administration->User Security

Run the following SQL Statements after logging all users out of GP:

DELETE ACTIVITY     'In Dynamics DB
DELETE DEX_LOCK    'In TempDB DB
DELETE DEX_SESSION  'In TempDB DB

Good Afternoon,

We found the fix for this.  The SQL server was installed with the incorrect sort order.  Once SQL was installed with the correct sort order this corrected this issue.
