Create a new Blank Sheet for each value in a List

Good Afternoon

I am looking to create a new blank Sheet for each value, from A2 on a Sheet named Data. The indication to stop creating new sheets is a blank cell in the A column.

Sub gensheets()
For Each cel In ActiveSheet.Range("A2", Range("A2").End(xlDown))
ActiveWorkbook.Sheets.Add
ActiveSheet.Name = cel.Value
