Word 2000 Hangs after installing Adobe Acrobat X

Hi All,

Word 2000 hangs after installing Adobe Pro X. The PC is running XP sp2 with microsoft office 2000 sp3. Excel and power point works fine, but word can not be started.

You should disable the Adobe Acrobat Add-In as this was the case with me when I had similar issue with Word

Go into word options and select Add In's and then COM Add-Ins at the bottom and then Go, will allow you to uncheck the add-in and most likely solve your problem
