Force Proxy Use for external web-site

I have our local domain *.pvhs.org as an exception for not using our proxy server. However, I have a web-site that ends in pvhs.org that exists external to our local network that I need to get to.

How can I force this address to use the proxy?

I would remove *.pvhs.org from the exception list and on the client - under IE - network settings - check the box that says "ignore proxy for local sites".

Interesting.  How does IE identify "local sites"?

Solution:  We allowed access to the remote site via ACL's on our firewall.  Normally, all outbound traffic is disallowed to force the use of the proxy server.  As this is a one-off situation, this solution is the easiest.

Thanks.
