Outlook 2007 - Scheduler - Clipboard Issue

Have a user that when she opens a scheduler or some emails (this is intermittent) the clip board is visible on the left side.  It is not set to come up automatically.  Is there another setting that may be causing this issue that I'm missing?

Hi, HudsonHealth.

Sorry, I don't understand what clipboard you're talking about.  Can you explain or post a picture?

I have attached a screen shot.  When you open a schedule within Outlook 2007 the clipboard displays on the left hand side.  There is an option to show this clipboard automaticlly when you open a schedule.  This open is not checked off.  I checked within the Options in Outlook also and can not find a setting that disables the clipboard.
ClipBoard.docx
So you've clicked Options at the bottom left of the clipboard pane, unchecked the options, and it's still appearing.  Correct?
Yes, that is correct.
Have a look at this registry entry.

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\General\AcbControl

What is it set to?
Registry entry is set to 1
Try setting it to 0.
No, sorry that didn't work.
Then all I can suggest is to create a new Outlook profile.
