can't see calendar after upgrade
I have a user that upgraded their outlook from 2003 to 2007. They now can't see their calendar. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

looks like I can find it. However. I can't see all their appts on there. If I click on a specific day, I can see the appts in day or week view. However, in month view I can't see it...
wait...what?
So to clarify, ALL the appointments are there BUT can only be viewed in day or week view, is that correct?
This would imply that no appointments disappeared.
If that's the case then all you have to do is check your view settings for month view and either reset them or remove any filters you have placed.
Verify that the above is correct and then we'll proceed to the next step.

that is correct. How do we adjust view settings for the month view.

Are they able to expand their folder list and click on the calendar icon and it's empty?
Did their email & tasks also disappear? If so, that would indicate that a new PST file was created.
Let us know, then we can proceed.
