Ok i am a bit lost on this one and basically i need a new set of eyes.

I have this site https://www.cobra.com/detail/sl3-speed-red-light-camera-locator.cfm (this is a detail page)

I am building a new site for a different client

https://dev.valuetronics.com/detail/136-channel-logic-analyzer.cfm

if you notice the tabs are not showing instead it is like they do not exist at all.

I have used a comparison tool and for the life of me can't see why it works for one and not the other.  i know there are lots of other issues but for now just want to get the tabs section working.  if anyone can spot the difference that would be great.
