Looking a starting a website with drop down searches on cars as well as people listing their cars which i want all to fit into a searchable database so the search must match the listing. I see companies like Dupontregistry, Cars.com and autotrader.com all have drop downs that match Make with availiable models for that particular year. Also It must include drop downs for Classic cars? Where can I purchse such a program, which can be updated yearly?

This information probably doesn't exist for free.  You are looking at contacting some organization like JATO to see if they sell it or compile it yourself:

@modus_operandi,
Why is this in this zone: Windows Media Player Software MP3 Player?

@George109,
Once you get the data, here's a jQuery control that I think you'll really like as it can be programmed to use Ajax to fill itself based on the selections. If you need help with that, you can post another question in the JavaScript zone.

I used this in a Google Base Taxonomy script. Google Base taxonomy consists of over 3000 items in hierarchies up to 4 deep. Here's a demo of it's use in my stuff:

Just sometimes, Jason...  I don't think that one was there the last time I looked.  This question came up about a month ago and I've looked for a couple of web sites I've done.
