With Exchange 2010 you can use a Transport Rule to add a Standard Signature to all outbound mail using the Active Directory details to populate such items as Name, Surname, Telephone, Email etc.<br />

We are wanting to mandate a signature for all users based off Title, Phone Number and a Logo so that every user has the same looking email signature and maybe a disclaimer. Are there options to do this in Exchange or do we need to purchase 3rd party software? Ideas??
