In a domain that micratyed from Windows 2000/Exchange 2000 to Win 2008/Exchamge 2007 last year, one user who was added a few months ago can't use her email.I set her email up a few months ago ans she just started trying to use it last week. I'm positive when I set it up, I tested it.
She is on XP running Office 2007. She logged into the domain on the XP box and has access to the mapped domain drives. When I launch Outlook 2007, it says her email account can't be accessed, so I tried re-adding her account to Outlook, but she is not listed in the list of users. I verified her user name and went into Exhcnage to make sure the "Hide from GAL" option is NOT checked. I restarted the server and Pc, but still cannot add her.
I provided a temporary solution to be - she logges into OWA and can acces mail in that manner. How do I get her Outlook profile conencted?
