Unable to mount SBS 2008 Exchange 2007 Database

At some point early this morning, the SBS server rebooted on it's own due to some issue with an HP sensor in the server.

We are unable to mount the database, with the following error:  hr=0x80004005, ec=-2147467259, and events 9518, and 9519 (among others: 4001, 9546) showing up in the logs.

I have tried http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925825 (setup /prepareAD) with the setup file located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin, but it just fails stating: "Exchange Server setup encountered an error."

Ran the typical database repair utilities, and the database is in a clean shutdown state.  Even tried a backed up copy with the same results, so I do not believe the database is the issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please go to www.eventid.net to track down the cause and fix for the event log errors, or post back the event ID and the Source for any that you would like help with.

The MS KB article I mentioned was the main listed fix for the events and issue I am experiencing.  My coworker and I spent 8 hours researching and troubleshooting before I posted this question, so we are looking for other ideas beside what one would find from an event lookup.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925825 is the solution.  We had been attempting to run from the setup file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin without luck, but after running from the SBS setup disc, the problem has been resolved.
