I have just one of my 200 Exchange users who cannot sync email to a phone.
We have narrowed it down to this single mailbox.
We know his phone will sync as it works for other mailboxes as other users can sync to it, we know his mailbox account does not work as we have tried an iPhone that can sync to all mailbox accounts except for this single mailbox account.
I have looked at all the settings in the Exchange mailbos and all good, reset his password, etc.
Environment is Windows 2008 R2 server and Exchange 2010 Standard.
Any help appreciated.
