Hi,

Are you running Exchange 2007 SP1? I believe this is generated when the online maintenance time is about to end however the maintenance is still running. Basically the time window at 4:59:59 AM is ending at 5AM and the process is still running.

Its safe to ignore this message you could increase the time for the maintenance and this will allow the process more time to complete and therefore not generate the warning.

There should be no issues caused by this warning. The maintenance is not being canceled, etc
