Xenserver missing NIC's and Pool Members

I changed the IP on my management interfaces and as soon as I did, the memebers of the pool froze up completely, and now only the master comes up. First thing I need is to recover my email server that was running on one of my pool members. Since it's in shared storage, how do I attach it to my Pool Master?

Try to create an SR, scan where your storage should be, and see if it shows up as an existing SR. If so you can reattach it.

If not your may need to get into the command shell. The possible xe sr- commands are listed in this document.
