Help with Stuck Outbox

I am running Outlook 2007.  A couple of days ago a friend sent me several attachments (photos) that I tried to forward to others.  The total size of the email was about 19 MB.  It has been sitting in my Outbox for two days, and I finally decided that maybe it's too big for my server (Yahoo) to handle, or for some other reason Outlook can't handle it.  But I cannot delete it from the Outbox or move it to another folder.  How can I get it to go away?

Close Outlook, open task manager and look to see if Outlook is still running (Outlook.exe), if it is, end process.  This will stop Outlook from sending the message.  Then open Outlook and before it starts sending and receiving, delete the message from the outbox.  You must be quick like a ninja and get to the outbox and delete that bad boy.  You can also try to stop sending and receiving from a box in the lower right hand corner of Outlook.  Click details and stop send and receive.  Try it and remember, quick, like a ninja.
