When changing a meeting time on an existing meeting, it keeps the original time creating the same meeting at two different times.  Outlook 2003

Hi karlpearson,

I believe that you don't open the current meeting to modify it,
Pls do the following :

Open the Calendar from your Outlook and point the current meeting and open it from there .
Change the start time and end time which is suitable.
Click on [Save and Close] button without sending it.
Outlook will ask you that you made changes do you like to send to attendees now?
Click yes. And that’s it

No more duplication hopefully :)
Cheers,

Wellous

Hi Wellous,

Thank you for you response.  I have now discovered that the user had auto sync enabled on his IPhone, so everytime he deleted/moved meetings from Outlook it would sync and put the meetings back in again.

NB - if you ever find duplicate mesages appearing in Outlook when using an IPhone, check the auto sync option on the IPhone.

Thanks again.
