Create an ICA file (either on the fly from your script or in advance with the ICA File Creator: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX113472) then launch the ICA file from your script.

Thanks for giving the idea. Is it possible to include domain name\username and password so that it won't ask for user credential at the time of launching the application using ICA file?

Better than that there's a "use local username and password" tick box.

When you install the citrix client you're asked if you want to enable pass-through authentication or not, you probably chose not to enable it.

OK. In this case what should I do now?

Uninstall and reinstall the client.

Alternatively you should be able to enable it via the following registry changes:
Add PnSson to the end of this REG_SZ value (entires here are comma separated, no spaces):
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\NetworkProvider\Order\ProviderOrder
Add the following key:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PnSson\NetworkProvider
Within that add the following values:
Class = 2 (REG_DWORD)
Name = Citrix Single Sign On (REG_SZ)
ProviderPath = C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client\pnsson.dll (REG_SZ)
If you're using a 64-bit OS then the ProviderPath will probably want to be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\x64\pnsson.dll
But you can find the file via Explorer and use the correct path for wherever the pnsson.dll file lives on your system.
You need to reboot after making these registry changes.

I have both entries already added to the specified registry entries. Please see the screen shots.  Please suggest.

Helped to launch application but it's asking for putting user credentials. Solved partially.
