Does SharePoint 2010 have Picture Tagging Capabilities?

Does SharePoint 2010 offer a similar slideshow feature to that of Facebook, where individuals with proper access can tag photos of themselves and others?

Not like Facebook.  Facebook allows the user to draw a box around their persona and attach a their name as a tag.  In SharePoint 2010, out of box, that to my knowledge is not possible.  That being said.  The use of keyword metabase as well as the use of creating a metadata field utilizing the person / group column type will certainly more than make up for this.  Also with the I like it feature, that is another thing that can be used to draw interest to their particular picture.
