Outlook Group Email Address Reply with Forwarded Address Name

I have a website with a contact email address of info@xyz.org that goes to two address on our exchange server, terry@abc.com and heather@abc.com. The website is hosted outside and there is no login for the info@abc account, it's just a simple forward.

When Terry or Heather hit reply then their Outlook addresses are sent rather then the @info address.

I looked into web forwarding from the Internet but it requires a login field for example forwarding from a Gmail account. But this is a different scenario. We are using Outlook 2007.

I found a client side solution to this in Outlook. Simply select Direct Replies To under Options in the email reply and set the reply address to what ever you want. Then when a user receives your email it will have the correct reply to address. Seems like there should be some way to set a rule or filter to automate this process but I can't find it and this is good enough. Thanks..
Not sure how the email address is forwarding the mails to two users?

If the info@abc.com is the email address for the email-enabled-distribution group

We can grant the send=as permissions on these "email-enabled-distribution group" for terry & heather

>> Then Terry & heather should use the info (DL appearing in the GAL) as the from when sending email\reply to the external users. (in response to the info email)
