Only some parts of text printing of when user prints HTML e-mail

We have a CITRIX user that has problems when printing of e-mails. Part of the text on the left hand side is missing from all of the e-mail.

When you go to print try going into the printer properties and adjusting the margin on the left hand side. This might prevent the text from being cut

I will remove the users outlook profile from the citrix servers and recreate it from scratch.
