CRM/ Sharepoint Communication Issue

We are having an issue with our SharePoint site not being able to pull information from our CRM. We are using Microsoft Dynamics 4.0as our CRM and SharePoint 2007.

The generic message is stemming from the OWSTIMER.EXE (0x2950). I have attached the Logs of what we are seeing.

You have an authorization issue. The account you are using to access the web service does not have authorization on SharePoint.
