Does anybody do open source programming in Visual Basic .NET?
I like the idea of open source programming, because its an opportunity to learn, and get involved in some more complex projects that with my limited skills I would never embark on.
I noticed that most open source programming is done in other languages, and also the concept of "open" sometimes means cross-platform and that means linux, java, etc.
I also have some interesting ideas, that it would be fun to tinker with, and see how other programmers, who are learning, or more advanced would handle it.
Is anyone interested in this? Are there any visual basic based open source groups?

That would be useful in developing an application using VB.NET that would be cross-platform. However I was mainly looking for open source projects in VB.NET.

Unfortunately the link did not work, but I believe this is the best possible answer. Hopefully soon the page will be up and running.
I'm not sure why you had/have problems with it, but I just accessed it without any hassle.
Anyway, here you have some other links to other sites that might interest you:

http://www.2enetworx.com/dev/projects/index.asp

But bear in mind that the first one seems to be "the" place for .NET open source projects.
Good luck!
