I want to create a presentation for my company profile, which is a bit more lively than powerpoint. I want them to look like the following video's. Which programs could I use to achive this

I don't think that those presentations are made with some specific software. They are the work of a multimedia company or a video company and has lots of assembly and drawings behind. It's not a software that you could simple use to make stunning presentations with that kind of quality.
