Cant access voicemail after moving mailbox to new database - Cisco Unity Exchange 2007

Exchange 2007
Created a new mailbox database in the same storage group as the existing mailbox database
moved some users mailbox's to the new database.
now they can no longer access their voicemail
"your messages are not available"
I restarted Exchange and I restarted Unity... still no access for them.
Any ideas?

Access it meaning all old voicemails are un-playable or like all new ones are not delivered to their mailbox?

comes into their email, just cant get to it via phone.
