AWstats 7.0 not updating automatically

I setup AWStats 7.0 on a website and everything works fine except for the automatic update part. I made a shortcut in the folder to update the stats on the webpage and it works but I need to somehow set it up so it updates automatically, how do I do that?

Its on Windows 2003 SBS and using IIS.

Create a windows schedule task to update "UpdateStats.bat"  in every 24 hrs

Task Scheduler is in Control Panel under Scheduled Tasks
