Media player - Listening to a radio station using media player. User cannot exit, or switch sound off. Win 7

Really odd problem. New PC. Win 7 prof.

Only happened with one radio station, from what I hear all else are fine.
http://www.rte.ie/radio/
rte1 is the station.

Its tests fine for me on my win 7 now and test ok on 4 PC at the radio station win win 7.

The customer called into the radio station and someone tried to get it working for 90 minutes!
Initially there was no sound at all from the station.  Now she cant shut it up.

What to do, where to start.
Ive to call the radio station and speak to publishing on Monday

Their hunch is its a plug in? They are blaming the PC.
Any ideas?

I dont have a win7 disk.  Its a Lenovo PC and it came with no media.
I may be able to get a retail CD of Win 7 prof, I wonder if that will work to reinstall it.

Also, there is an option to use "Real Player" for that radio station, should I down load that and get her to try that?
