Acronis 10 issue

If I pull up Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 the dashboard shows that I haven't backed up in 8 days.
The task is gone.
Selecting Backup under "Actions and tools" produces 3 errors:
 Error MessageThis is on Server 2003 R2 and has been working for some time.

Uninstall and reinstall.  Make sure you have the latest build.

This is like Norton... uninstall and reinstall... only solution... bad solution.  We went with Todo backup as we downloaded the Acronis and don't have the orginal exe.

Yea, when True Image is running it's awesome.  When there is a problem - it not a fun time.

I'm sure that this would fix... just not viable for us.
